At Power’s Medical, we use a Health Canada approved micro- needling device (also known as dermal needling). German quality, medical grade needles provide micro columns for best delivery of exosomes for skin treatments. Micro-needling can also stimulate collagen induction.
WHAT ARE EXOSOMES?
Exosome technology, described as better than PRP (platelet rich plasma) is the latest in regenerative medicine and medical aesthetics. Exosomes are found in plant and human stem cells and are part of cell to cell communication. They can stimulate delivery of proteins, lipids, and metabolites to nourish cells resulting in healthier looking and funtioning skin cells. Our delivery method is through micro-needling, not injections, so its easily tolerated and not invasive like PRP. Exosome treatments are also less inflammatory, more effective, and actually reduce downtime of micro-needling.
